Punishment/prosecution of 39 perpetrators as of 23 March 2010
In 15 complaints of human rights violations, the ACHR’s actions led to the punishment/prosecution of 35 perpetrators, including the dismissal of three law enforcement personnel from service and the arrest of three others pending trial.
