The Brus, a tribe from Mizoram, fled the state in the wake of inter-community violence. Some 35,000 of them are now stranded in six camps in North Tripura. Our correspondent Ratnadip Choudhury traveled to these camps to understand why the government has done nothing for them for nearly 13 years.
